My Moto X screen has started going black for a few seconds when I access my yahoo mail. Since this is a fairly recent thing, I uninstalled and reinstalled yahoo mail. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
HollyNichols, that does seem to be a little odd. I want to make sure that we get everything back up and running the correct way. When did you notice that this started to happen? Are you using the default e-mail application that came loaded in the phone? Or are you using the Yahoo Mail Application from the Google Play Store? If you are using the stocked appliction I would suggest going into Settings, Apps, Slide the screen to the left until you get to the 'ALL' section, then scroll down to the E-mail Icon, once you open that up please select Force Stop, Clear Data, and Clear Cache.
