Where's our update???

When are we going to get the update 10.2.1.3175 for our BlackBerry phones?? The update was expected in mid-June for the USA, and it's running nearly mid-July already and nothing so far. Verizon's usually on top of this issue, but haven't seen, nor heard, a thing yet!!! :smileysad: :smileysad: Let's get on the ball Verizon!!!!!

Verizon is so slow, we are past 3175, 10.2.1.3247 has been released with some T-Mobile and AT&T users receiving it already. We get to wait and wait as usual.

I still have 10.2.1.2122. When did this update come out cause I don't have it???

If you got this through BlackBerry Link, that's not through Verizon then.......that's through BlackBerry.

Verizon released SW 2976, OS 3253 yesterday. If you don't see it on phone for OTA, try using BlackBerry Link.

Oops, should have stated that so far all I have found is update for Z10, nothing yet for Q10 or Z30.

Already installed on my Z10, seems to be running very nicely.

I have the Q10 and haven't gotten anything yet!! :smileysad:

Checked all that I could find, so far 3253 has been released for Z10 only, nothing for Q10 or Z30 yet.

Will keep my eyes open.
