So it appears that Verizon did some update this past week that has hosed mobile email. My husband has an iPhone and I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3. We share a Verizon email account, which we both access from our phones. We are getting the emails on the desktop, but both of our phones stopped getting email from this account on the same day. I also stopped getting mobile email from another Verizon account I have on the same day too (but I still get desktop email). The only thing we have in common between the two phones is this one email account: our phone models and email clients are both radically different, as are our wireless carriers (he has AT&T and I have Verizon). From the forums It looks like others with various phone models are having the same issue. Since it is clearly nothing to do with the phone, email client, wireless carrier or even the specific email account, please only respond to help me if you can offer something more constructive than a string of pointless questions about my phone specs. Unfortunately, the only 'place' I had to post this that was relevant was 'Android' but again, this obviously is too much of a coincidence to be phone or OS-related. Thanks.
