Why is my phone seizing, freezing, can't find internet, won't send texts or respond to keystrokes since the Kit Kat update!!!!

My phone has been rendered useless since the Kit Kat update on June 20th!!! I can't do anything with it!

It's recommended that you back up your data, and do a hard reset on the phone after a major update. KitKat was a major update.
