Did a re set on my droid m. Now I have a black screen with pop ups that tell me that settings has stopped working", Google has stopped working" etc. I can't get to my home screen or any other place...
That is definitely not good, pamwest. We're here to help get your phone working again! It sounds like something may have gone corrupt during the wipe. Have you tried running a master reset again?
