Getting blocked trying to add an Exchange Account (Corporate email)

Question

Hi, I am trying to set up my new Droid Maxx for my work email, but when it hits the expected stop to add encryption, it instead displays a message that encryption is required by my IT department.  Um, I KNOW!  Is there a setting, or something I am missing to complete the process? I've successfully done this on my older Droid 2 and Droid 4, so it's not like I don't know how ... just stumped on this one!

Figured it out! We just needed a software update that allows the Encryption software in without having an SD card. All good, now.
