Contacts Disapeared, Verizon Can't Restore

Hello,

Yesterday, my contacts randomly disappeared from my phone. This has happened before, and I restores them using the old Backup+ Contacts app. Now when I try to open this app, it immediately closes, and it seems like this app has been taken out of the play store. So I set up my Verizon cloud, and it turns out that my contacts aren't in there. Now my entire phone has no contacts, and I need a solution.

I'm so sorry to see this, jackbad! The loss of your contacts can be a devastating. I hope that they've since been restored. If not, let's delve deeper into this. You mentioned that you had used Backup before. If that app is still on your device, and you have confirmed that the development team for Backup does not have a solution to finding your contacts, then I recommend removing it for the time being as it may no longer be working properly. You've also mentioned that you've checked on your Cloud content but found nothing there. Was the Cloud set up before or after your contacts were lost?

Has your device been damaged in any way since you purchased it?

Hi,

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, my contacts have not been restored.

I did have to end up uninstalling the old Verizon Backup+ Contacts app

because it would crash every time I opened it. There was nothing on my

cloud content because I did not have it set up prior to losing my contacts.

Prior to losing my contacts, I I had my contacts backed up on the Verizon

Backup Assistant app (Backup+ Contacts). Since this app no longer works, I

don't know how to restore the contacts that were backed up on that app.

Please help.

Well if you synched them to your Google account then they should be on there.
