incredible 2 update error

just notice that my Incredible2 last update is shown as 2/27/13 with a failed update and error 403. If I currently check for a software update the phone comes back and says there are none? Anybody had this issue? Currently showing Android ver. 2.3.4 / software #6.04.605.07.710RD is this the most up to date? Status shows ADR6350.6.04.605.07-6.01605.05 / failed / error 403.

I have the exact same problem! Download failed with same error code and messages when looking for new updates. I tried the "remove battery and reset" but nothing.This hasn't been an issue up to this point , but now I cant run NFL mobile with out the latest update. Does anyone have an answer for us?

Juice63, thanks for reaching out to us. I want to make sure that everything is A-okay with your device. I was able to pull up the software release information for you. I do see that the most current software on that device is going to be 6.04.605.07.710RD.
