Droid DNA stuck in boot

My DNA loads the HTC screen but then shuts off and attempts to boot up again. This happens over and over.

I got into the screen that has "recover", "factory reset", etc by holding volume + button. I see the message "locked" on top on the screen. I can scroll down to the factory reset option but when I select it, nothing happens. I took it to a Verizon store and the person who helped me also could not get it to do anything.

I assume my phone is now a paperweight, but is there anything else I can try? I also assume my photos are lost because I did not back them up to G+ :smileysad:

Hey GGX, i know this aint what you wanna hear but i had the exact same issue with my old Droid X2. Verizon nor anyone else was able to help. I did the factory reset 8 times and it finally worked just long enough to back my stuff up, then the constant boot started again. I finally gave up hope after two weeks and had to get a new phone. Sorry man. I don't know how many times you did the factory reset but like i said, after 8 attempts, it worked for about 15 minutes.
