This keeps coming up and I'm not receiving messages. I've noticed other people have had this problem. When is this going to be fixed!?!

If you've read any of these threads, it DOESN'T MATTER which phone. The problem is in the latest Kitkat update to the pre-installed Messaging program on our phones. NONE of your suggestions will correct the problem. The only answer until Motorola fixes this is to delete Messaging and download Verizon Messaging.
WHY DON'T YOUR STORE PERSONNEL KNOW THIS? DOES ANYONE COMMUNICATE? AREN'T YOU IN THE COMMUNICATIONS BUSINESS?
