when I'm on wifi my 4Glte doesn't turn off? I checked my data switch and it's unchecked. I have no idea why this happens. I have 2 s5 and one of them shades out the mobile data when wifi is on the other leaves em both bolded.
campodonicm2, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you pull down the notification window from the main menu. Tap on the boxes in the upper right of the screen, tap on Mobile Data to not make it green any longer. Keep us posted if that is able to remove the 4G from the phone. I can understand not wanting to do those extra steps all the time, campodonicm2. I want to make sure we get to the bottom of this ASAP. Can you please try putting the phone into safe mode: http://vz.to/1qW3L7e This will block out all 3rd party applictions.
