May have lost the voice mail app as I have no way of knowing when I receive a voicemail. Mailbox was full and I didn't even know I had one message.

I have red app that appears to be Visual Voicemail which said I could upgrade to for free but it doesn't notify me either. Help!!

Let's get this figured out! Please clarify, are you not receiving voicemail notifications?Were you using standard voicemail or a voicemail application? What happen when you dial *86 to access your voicemail? When did the problem begin?
