Where to report bugs post KitCat Update?

Ever since the android KitKat (4,4,2) update was pushed over the air to my Droid Razr Maxx HD I have been getting occasional bug reports which don't seem to correlate to any particular app.

Here can I send these reports to get some help trouble shooting?

There is a lot of bug in the kitkat update. I lost signal strength and I can not text without restarting the phone and all Verizon is doing is having you go through the same steps over and over again!. I am ready to leave verizon
