I received a new tablet at Christmas and I'm on Verizon 3G for roaming but I can't send emails out when roaming can someone help in my setup. My emails come in great.

What tablet? Are you using the native app on the device for email? Did you download a separate app for your email like Hotmail or Outlook or Yahoo?

Are you using a pop email account like Road Runner or verizon?

Need more information.
