Updated late last week. Now it takes at least an hour to charge each 10%. How can I fix this? Is there any way to roll back to 4.4.3?
Hi dano8801,I apologize for the issue with your Note 2 after the update. However, once the update has been done, there is not an option to go back to the last version. However, in some cases a hard reset has worked. Here's the steps to try http://vz.to/1lPn1CR. Please make sure you back up your data http://vz.to/1jRdCIV.
