I activated the Galaxy s5, but I am unable to send or receive calls and texts. I have tried using both the message+ app and the Samsung messages app for texting. Is anyone able to help?

I'm sorry you're unable to use your phone Sx3! Let's see what we can do. Where did you get phone from? Does it have a SIM card inserted, or did you just change ESN/MEID online? You may need to get a new SIM card for the S5. Also, please make sure old phone is powered all the way off.
