My phone has the exact same problems as Snooksa's, and no, starting it in
safe mode, and doing a hard restart does not work.
By just the same problems, I mean exactly the same, my phone Knocks off,
but does not knock on, and any app that does not rotate I can not log on
to, including my checking account. In addition i would not be able to
install any apps if the did not rotate, as the install button is at the top
of the screen, and the top of the screen seems to be the problem, however,
I can easily click on the clock, and the timeand the weather. What to
do???? And no negative guy, I did not drop my phone, and for the record a
franchisee does indeed share in the responsibility of selling defective
products regardless of the manufacturer (franchise law honey).
