How can I get pictures off my S4 Mini that I didn't back up anywhere else?

How can I get pictures off my S4Mini that I (stupidly) didn't back up anywhere else?  My screen is not working and when I plug the USB into my computer I can access all my other picture folders (Instagram, Screenshots, SnapChat) but cannot find the 'regular' pics I took.

The pictures that you took with the phone's camera should be in a folder called DCIM.
