Since the kitkat update I've had a hard time receiving or sending photos. I tried downloading Verizon Message+ with no help there either. I cannot see pictures people send to me and most times when they are sent the entire message disappears and can't be recovered. When I try sending pictures it says "Sorry that image cannot be sent". When I try to go back to the stock messenger to send it states there's an error and shuts down the entire messenger. Also whenever someone texts me as a group text, the whole text disappears too. Very frustrating.
