I am traveling overseas and have shut off my data service, so I am relying only on wifi. There is free wifi at my hotel, and I can connect to it with my laptop by selecting the SSID and opening a browser, which takes me to a screen where I enter a user name and password. My Droid Maxx can connect to the SSID, but I cannot figure out how to open a browser session that takes me to the login screen provided by the hotel. I have tried various things, such as launching Google Chrome and reloading the page, but nothing seems to work. I did not have this problem last year with my old Droid II, which automatically took me to the login screen. Any suggestions?

My apologies for the long subject heading. This is my first time using the forum, I typed my question into the initial box presented to me, which I didn't realize was only for the heading.

I am so sorry to hear of the issues you are having accessing the hotels internet log in page. I do hope you are having a wonderful vacation though. We want you to be able to enjoy your internet while there though. Have you tried disabling block pop ups in your browser? Go to Chrome> Tap on 3 dots to top right> Settings> Content Settings.
