Can't Send or Receive MMS

I'm frustrated with VZW messaging services.  I can't send or receive MMS messages using my Kyocera Hydrfo ELITE.  When I try to send, the messaging app indicates the message is just stuck on SENDING.  When someone else sends me MMS, the messaging app tells me to "Touch to download MMS message.."  I touch and just get the bouncing ... until the process times out.  Any ideas on how to approach VZW to get this resolved?

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your MMS on the VZW Messaging Service. Was this the VZW Messaging app on your phone or the pre-installed standard messaging app? If the VZW Messages, does the same thing happen on the web based application on your computer? Is this will all numbers or just one?
