Phone + USB cable that came with the phone + open USB port on the computer. Connect together and wait for the drivers to load.

If you have a Mac, there will be different steps.

Hi Ann, i was hoping that there was a way i could just move the photos over vs. a usb cable.. (which I have..)thxx for responding, I appreciate it. Sandy

sandski2 Saving memories of your pets is definitely important. When you first plug the phone into the computer you should see a 'device drivers' pop up screen. Also, on the phone, make sure the usb option is selected when you plug in the cable. Please share details. What computer operating system are you using? Windows, MAC....Are you seeing any messages or errors when plugging in the phone?
