Droid 4 camera icon missing from 'All Apps'

my camera is gone!  not on home screen, not in running apps, but IS in 'All Apps' drawer....NOT disabled!  i did disable it, then enabled it, thinking it would bring it back...restarted phone too...nothing

need camera for work!! BADLY!! 

please help me find my camera!!
