Does anyone have an issue with the screen fading in and out on the droid ultra?

When I enter my pass code for voice mail it fades in and out and makes it difficult to enter the passcode.

jdufresne72, let's bring light to this situation. Try adjusting the display light settings on your phone. Tap Settings>Display>Sleep>tap desired time for screen back light. Keep us posted and let us know if this resolves your issue.
