After the 4.4.2 update the favorites switched to grid view. All other contacts are shown in list view but the selection to switch the favorites to list view is gone.
Which phone do you have? Have you tried checking the settings while in Favorites?
I have the S5. The selection to switch was in the settings before the update. We have 4 people in our office that have GS5 verizon phones and all of them lost the ability after the update.
Great news is, that option is still on the phone! When on your Favorites tab, tap on the Settings (top right corner) and in the fly out menu select List View. Sandy_SFollow us on twitter @Vzwsupport
Is the settings tab the three vertical dots? If it is then the option to view as list mode is no longer there.
