After Kitkat, my email stopped synching. I just deleted my email account and wanted to try and re-install, but now all I get is a black frozen screen. Any suggestions?
Help has arrived, DanaEG! What device do you have? If you have a removable battery please reinsert the battery and power back on. If you do not have a removable battery please hold down the power button and the volume down key at the same time for approx 1 min.
