Samsung SCH-I405 running 2.3

I have a Samsung SCH-I405 that is running 2.3. I used the NFL app last year ok. I just updated the app, and it says 'will only work on devices with 4.0 or above', yet the Play Store says it's comptible with my device. Which is it? I don't want to upgrade yet unless I have to.

Are you able to clear the cache on the app? Try that and try deleting and redownloading the app and retest.

Thanks JoeL. It turns out that a great many customers have the same

issue. It seems like there are many who cannot make the new ap work and

have just given up. To answer your question about deleting, clearing cache

and re downloading. Yes, I have, if clearing the cache is accomplished

with a reboot.

Thank you for reaching back out to us, solidwalnut. In order to clear the Data and Cache, you do need to go Settings>App Manager>Manage Apps>All>NFL Mobile>Clear Cache/Data>Force close. Let us know if this helps. Thank you.
