I went to trade 4S for 5C and couldn't get credit for it because I couldn't wipe phone. Can I get a functioning SIM card to trade in otherwise good phone? It looks brand new and is a year old.
Hello greg5844.I'm sorry you are having difficulty trading in your phone. The iPhone 4S doesn't require a SIM card to function but does have the option for an optional Global SIM card. If you are trying to erase your personal information from your iPhone 4S please make sure you turn off iCloud first (Settings>iCloud) and then go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings.AndreaS_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
