I recently changed my password in aol, and am now getting emails from Verizon that my email cannot be authenticated, and that I should enter my current PW in "settings". What settings? Can't locate that.
rak1940, We want you to be able to access your email on your device again. We would love to help you get the new password updated on your device. What type of device do you have? Sorry for the misspelling of "change", and I also appreciate your
response. In the meantime, I stopped at a Verizon store and fixed the problem.
