Droid Razr freezes EVERY TIME I do anything...ongoing problem for 9 months!

My Droid freezes every day. It has done this since I got it "new" under my warranty when the previous TWO phones of the same model did the exact same thing. They all freeze up daily. I usually cannot even answer the phone or make calls. Checking email or using the internet can take in excess of 10 minutes! I'm not exaggerating. This phone is so unresponsive that I am cancelling my Verizon account and moving to a new brand and provider.

So my question, "Which phone and provider has proven to actually work for you?"

I've tried and enjoyed the stability of Blackberry before making the poor decision to switch to Verizon.

9 months is too long! We would never want to see you go and we know it's important to have a properly working device. Has there been any liquid or physical damage to the device? Does the phone freeze in a particular application? Do you receive a particular error message when the device freezes?

There has never been any damage to my phone. Like I said, this is the THIRD phone of the EXACT SAME MODEL that does not work. I'm certain it is a problem with the engineering or production of this specific phone, but your company doesn't care about me unless I show enough other people that you offer horrible customer service.

I WILL LEAVE VERIZON FOREVER because of your lack of care with this long series of problems. 9 days would have been too long, but 9 months and 3 phones later I realize that I was naive and foolish to believe anyone at Verizon cares about long term business relationships with their customers.

Goodbye Verizon, I will not miss you!

We definitely do not want to see you leave the VZW family, mobilephonesneverwork. Since all three phones have reacted the same way, have you ever tried running the devices stock, without any added applications from the Play Store? There very well may be an application that may be the cause of a lot these repeated issues.
