what does one do when they take my cc information and my payment is not showing up and basicly told sorry for your luck

Well they took my information at 11:30 today and when I try to make a call they say I have to verified my numbers and that there is not enough money in my account and when I try to get a hold of a supervisor they where rude and I have been out of work for about four weeks and part of the job you have to have a cell phone so than k you Verizon I am going to lose work for a screw up on your end

It evidently was told to you that there was not enough funds in your account

If they cannot receive the payment they do not give you service.

Is this prepaid or post paid service? If you owe Verizon money the odds are until the account is current that device will stay off.

1-800-922-0204 call them and find out. Or call the credit card company or is it debit card? Call the bank.
