Ringtone nowhere to be found

I bought two ringtones today, the first one downloaded fine and is working. The second showed the file as downloaded but doesn't show up in my list of ringtones. So I went and bought it from Verizon Tones again. Same thing. So I tried a third time and it says to look in my music inbox, which I can't find anywhere. So, Verizon, was I double charged for a ringtone that I can't even access?

Got it, thank you for the clarification. I want you to enjoy the ringtones you want. Here's the next step, play the ringtone using the music player app. Then, press the menu key, this will provide the option to use it as ringtone. In addition, you can access the ringtones by accessing Files and selecting the one you want. Keep us posted.

Hello trigojon. Sorry to hear of this issue with the missing ringtone. With regards to the suggestion, did you try to access your default music player, run a scan of all audio files, and see if it appears on the listing of available music tracks?

What phone make/model do you use?

We can help review the charges if you are billed for twice for the same ringtone. Just let us know if it does appear twice.

I have a droid RAZR maxx. The file is there, but I can't use it as a ringtone. It plays in the music player, but doesn't show up in the ringtone menu at all.
