I am desperately in need of getting this issue resolved. 10 days into my service, and I still can't SMS AT&T users. Verizon Customer Care attempted to reset the device to the network, with no luck. AT&T isn't listening, someone please help!
This isn't an iMessage issue. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5, recipients are using both Android and Apple products. Neither receive my SMS. However they do receive MMS. This issue existed prior to me switching to Verizon. (I was a Sprint user prior to June 19)
Is there anything in the number porting process that can affect this?
