Can the Ellipsis7 be used without the sim card installed? Someone, I'll not say who, on my plan is using the tablet constantly and running over our data plan. He assures me that the data is turned off, but I've already gotten a 75% data alert this month. I'm also disappointed that apps cannot be transferred to the SD card.
