GPS is not accurate anymore

My LG Spectrum 2 has worked great for the last year and 9 months. All of the sudden, the GPS drops often and when it is connected it is about a mile off from where I actually am?  This issue happens in multiple apps (Waze, Co-pilot and google maps to name a few).  Any suggestions?

I am having the same problem with Motorola RAZR MAXX HD.  Started happening around July 6th.  GPS signal keeps dropping.  I'll watch this post to see if anyone can help.
