I just got a replacement phone Friday and went to the store to activate it. They activated the phone but my 4G is still not showing up just the 3g. I've tried to turn the phone off and everything but the 4G still doesn't show.
Have you tried reseating the SIM card?

It's Samsung note 2 and Noni haven't tried that
