Droid RAZR overseas - constantly requesting google play services login

Hello Community,

I'm a US customer in the UK, and my phone is a RAZR (that means it's CDMA only - no GSM). I turned off the data, and am only using wifi, but it constantly is asking me to log into google play services. This is beyond annoying. How do I disable this constant stream of requests to log in?

Standard message at the top of the screen: Account Action Required

ThisServiceIsPainful we can certainly understand being frustrated with something like this constantly popping up on your phone especially if its not something you wish to use. You have reached the right place however as we will work to get this resolved for you. The device is set to run certain services through your mobile data plan so it will cause it to pop up if it can tell its no longer connected to the network. What we would do in that case is stop the service from running which will prevent the pop up. What you would do is navigate through these menus to get to the process that is running. Please navigate to Settings>Apps>All and then scroll down to select Google Play Services. Once you select this option then press Force stop and uncheck the box labeled "Show notifications". This should stop you from constantly being notified on signing into Google Play service.
