I received a simcard with my replacement phone but i did not need it but now my phone is experiencing 3G issues. If i change it woul it affect my plan or current service, or should i call CS instead?
Swapping out the SIM card would not affect your plan at all. It may affect your service (hopefully for the better) if your current SIM is not getting a stable connection.
