I accidently deleted a whole photo album on my phone is there a way to get it back? or at least get some of the pictures back?
If your google sync is on your photos back up to your Google account.

If your phone has a microSD card and your camera is set to save pictures to the SD card, you may be able to get them back using a PC/laptop. First things first! REMOVE YOUR microSD CARD that had the pictures.
Now get a reader that will allow you to read that microSD card on your PC/laptop. Some laptops have SD card slots and you just need an adapter to convert your microSD card to work in the SD card slot.
