i just recently bought a preowned galaxy s4 from verizon on 7-23-14 and its been getting hot and turning on and off constantly and a message has been showing up saying unauthorized actions have been made. i contacted verizon and they said to go in the store and talk to them to see what they can do. they told me they were gonna put an order to get a new battery since it was under warranty still so supposedly put the order in and gave me a number to call and when i did they told me the same thing over again to go in. they just have me going back and forth is there any way i can turn in the phone and get a refund or exchange it with another phone?
