My iphone4 just quit working. I took it in to get repaired and borrowed a friends phone to get me by since Verizon doesn't offer a loaner or anything close to a good solution to keep me connected while still paying my insanely high bill. I go to get my phone switched to one I can use on this web site, but they need to text me a confirmation number to finish activating the phone.... How am I suppose to get a text on a broken phone and it's the only option??? why can't the confirmation number be emailed? Why can't this company have a loaner phone to those of us paying over $100 a month for service on one phone. another reason why come September Verizon is going to lose another customer.
