I bought LG G3 from varizon store two days back and the box did not include earpieces. Are all Varizon G3s without earbuds?
None in my G3 box.
To tell you the truth I have never received any ear buds with an android. They do come standard on Apple iphones.

Thank you Tiki and Ann. The last androids I use was the HTC One (no ear buds) and my wife's LG G2 (no ear buds)
I just never bought those makes of devices.
I would never use the ear buds that might come with a phone anyway so it doesn't matter to me if a phone has them included or not.
