Second time in a week with no access to the 4G network. Live just outside of Tampa.
Hello Mona2005!I'm sorry fr any trouble win picking up a 4G signal! Let's try some troubleshooting, since I don't see any issues reported in the area. What model device do you have? Please remove the SIM card and power the phone off for about 60 seconds. Then, reattach the SIM card, power on, and see if you pick up 4G then. I was having the same issue; as were a bunch of friends and family also on VW. We were all getting 3G for the past week or so. Simply restarted my phone tonight and 4G miraculously appeared back again.
