My Lucid 2 is less than a year old, and it does not charge when plugged in. I've tried plugging it into the wall as well as my computer to no avail. Why has my phone just suddenly stopped working? Can Verizon replace it or fix it?
I'm sorry your phone stop charging nyciphone. I know its upsetting after only having your phone for a year but we are here to help. Is the phone damaged? Is the phones charging port damaged, loose, or out? Is there any issues with the charger. You can stop by a corporate store for a hands on evaluation.
