I changed my cellphone number on my verizon...now my phone will not work at all

Has anyone changed their mobile number and then phone would not work at all?

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your device after changing your cellphone number. Please power your device off completely and back on. While the device is off please remove your SIM card. Once back on your phone will work.
