What the heck. I keep seeing everyone everywhere talking about sudden phone issues with droid right after updates. My phone gets hot. Won;t turn on. Or if it does turns off. Response time is slow and it won't charge or reboot. Have done the battery thing. and I doubt it is a battery. I think you guys dang know well that this update has caused havoc and you want users to pay for your mistake. What do I do now. I am dependent on my phone for medical emergencies and here I am cut off from any help. What the heck do I do? How do YOU guys fix this mess you started? Why do I have to pay for YOUR software update mistake?
I suspect you are going to tell me to go to the store and they will just give me the run around.
My phone gets hot now. It won;t respond to touch. It rings if it actually turns on. It is a ring tone I don;t even have. It turns off randomly. Won;t reboot or restart. Keep telling to force close anytime I ask it to do anything. Fix this. Now.
