How do i get my LG Spectrum 2 off the headset connection? It stays on after the headset is unplugged.

How do I get my LG Spectrum 2 to turn off the headset connection? After I unplug my earphones the headset connection stays active.

Let's make sure that we get your phone working. Please look in the headset port. If there is anything in there it will make the phone still think there are headsets in the port.
