Just downloaded it. It backed up everything on my Samsung Google Nexus, except for my Contacts. I have rebooted and same thing. Any help?

Use gcloud app for you contacts until cloud starts to work for them. Do you bua+?
I will try that. No bua+ just bua which only did my contacts. So I thought it was weird that Cloud did everything, but contacts....

So I was trying the same thing with my wife's phone as we are both getting new phones today, however she has the vCast media manager and it does not even give an option for backing up contacts. I tried to download Verizon Cloud and it stated it was already installed. When I clicked open, it opened vCast Media Manager. So does Verizon Cloud not actually back up contacts?
