Activated cant get data network

I activated my prepaid phone and have phone/messaging but no data network. Did troubleshooting....nothing. Set up automatic payments and made a $45 payment! HELP!!!!!!!!!!! Every time I call either number....all I get is "payment center". How do I get hold of an ACTUAL live HUMAN BEING. gOING TO RETURN WHOLE THING IF GET NO ANSWER IMMEDIATELY!

The problem was resolved by returning the phone to Radio Shack and

retaining my current phone and carrier. However, I DID set up automatic

payment and made an initial $40 payment....I'd like a refund since I

NEVER used this account!
