Why won’t Verizon fix my 4G connectivity issue on my HTC One M7? I troubleshot for 4 weeks with their techs on 3 Different HTC One Phones because I only receive .2 Mbps Download Speeds but I still have no answers. I work in Jersey City NJ and can see the Freedom Tower (New WTC) from my desk yet I receive no more than .3 MbpsDownload speeds. I traveled around for half a day at one point taking speed test all over NJ and showed that this issue is not just limited to my work/home loction. I am a long time customer of Verizon wireless and pay $160 a month for a Service I cannot use. At this point it seems I have made a huge mistake by re-signing and being stuck in a two year contract with a phone and provider that cannot deliver what was agreed upon.
